Refund Policy (Prints + Editions)

All sales are final
Prints and editions are made with strict quality standards and often produced to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Damage or print defect
If your print arrives damaged, or if there is a verified production defect, we will make it right.

Please email ContactUs@HypnOptik.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • order number
  • photos of the item
  • photos of the packaging (outside + inside)

After review, we will offer a replacement when possible. If a replacement isn’t available (example: a sold-out edition), we may offer a refund.

Edition notes
Limited editions may have strict availability. If an edition sells out, replacement may not be possible… but we will still support you with the best resolution available.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.

Do not ship returns without approval
Please do not mail items back unless we explicitly request it and provide return instructions. Unapproved returns may be rejected.
