Shipping Policy (Prints + Editions)
Fulfillment time (printing + packaging)
Most prints and editions are produced to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for printing, quality check, and careful packaging before your order ships.
Shipping time (in transit)
Shipping times are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking by email.
Packaging standards
We package prints and editions with gallery-level care. If an item arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials for documentation.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address and contact info at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may incur customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email us at ContactUs@HypnOptik.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the damage
- photos of the packaging (outside + inside)
We’ll review quickly and make it right. Typically, via replacement or refund depending on availability.
Lost packages / tracking issues
If tracking shows a package is delayed or missing, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package isn’t there, please also check with your local carrier and delivery location. We’ll assist, but we can’t automatically reship in cases where tracking confirms delivery.
Order changes and cancellations
Because prints and editions may enter production quickly, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed. If you need help, email us immediately and we’ll do our best.
